Every school in Milton Keynes North will receive a funding boost for the 2020-21 school year.
This will be mean schools will get an average of £5,229 per-pupil funding - a 5.2% increase on this year.
This brings the total funding for schools in MK North to more than £85 million, and this is just the first year of £14 billion boost in funding across three years for schools across the UK.
Every secondary school will be able to receive a minimum of £5,000 per pupil next year, and every primary school will be able to receive a minimum of £4,000 from 2021-22. The biggest increases will go to the schools that need it most.
New funding also includes £780 million in 2020-21 to help children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their potential.
