We are very fortunate in MK to be surrounded by a wealth of green spaces and with that comes an array of wildlife.  The work of the Wildlife Trust in my constituency is vitally important and I was delighted to accept an invitation to meet with CEO Estelle Bailey at Little Linford Wood.

Peoples Postcode Lottery - Applications Now Open

Applications are now open for local charities to benefit for up to  £20,000 of funding. 

I'm encouraging local charities and good causes to apply for over £3million of funding that has been raised by the players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

MK:U Design Competition Launched Today!

What a view of MK this morning! The land over my left shoulder is the future site of our new university MK:U. Today MK Council & Cranfield Uni launched their international design competition to find a landmark design to put us on the educational map.

MK Economy Continues to Boom

I've welcomed a report by Centre for Cities which shows Milton Keynes has strengthened its place as one of the strongest economies in the UK.

A Woolly Good Winner

The winner of the Newport Pagnell Independent Shop of the Year 2018 competition has been announced. Congratulations to The Wool Shop!

The competition organised by me took place over December and ended on Friday 18th January with almost 600 votes cast.
