Firework Spectacular in MK

Milton Keynes knows how to put on a firework spectacle and this year is no exception, you're spoilt for choice! 

29th Oct – Milton Keynes Village Fireworks

Taking place at Milton Keynes Village Hall the bonfire will be lit at 6:30pm and the fireworks display will start at 7pm.

Big Lottery Fund - MK Projects

The Big Lottery Fund have told me they're waiting to hear from Milton Keynes charities!

There's an additional £4.1 million in the Celebrate fund and grants of between £300 and £10,000 available for the local community.

MK Job Show - Hailed A Success!

I can't believe it's been six years since I opened the first MK Job Show. When Iain Stewart MP and I first decided to launch the event at the Buszy, we had no idea what a success it would become and the staggering number of jobs it would provide as a result.

US Ambassador Goes Back to School

So pleased the US Ambassador accepted my invitation to MK. Greeted by Headteacher, Sue Carbert, Ambassador Matthew Barzun spoke to 100 students from Ousedale School. An engaging hour of discussions about US and UK world affairs ensued.
