YOUR MP is coming to visit you.

Mark Lancaster is taking a three-day tour of more than 20 locations to speak to as many residents in Milton Keynes North as possible.

From Wednesday, September 1 until Friday, September 3, Mr Lancaster will park up in the villages and towns in a people carrier, which doubles up as a meeting room.

Starting in Weston Underwood and finishing in Newport Pagnell, Mr Lancaster is determined to see and hear what is going on in the rural communities, which comprise a large part of his constituency.

It is the sixth consecutive year Mr Lancaster has taken to the streets with his mobile surgeries.

He said: “People often think they have to go and see their MP, but going out to people in their home towns and villages ensures everyone has access to their Parliamentary representative.

“I have really enjoyed doing these mobile surgeries and they are a great way of ensuring the smaller communities are not neglected.

“After all, I am constantly pushing for better services for our rural neighbourhoods and this is the ideal way of finding out what people want.”
